Before installation, we carry out a survey of your property’s electrical installation to confirm that the existing supply can support the additional load, that the earthing arrangement is suitable, and that the cable route from the consumer unit to the charger location is practical. If your supply or earthing needs upgrading, we will identify this at the survey stage and include it in the quotation — no surprises on installation day.
